Abstract

• Increase in the index occurred in the recreation, sports and

culture (1.60 percent); personal care groups and services

others (1.07 percent); transportation group (0.89 percent);

food and beverage / restaurant supply groups

(0.72 percent), clothing and footwear group (0.58 percent);

education group (0.46 percent), equipment group,

household appliances and routine maintenance (0.31

percent), and the health group (0.04 percent). While

index decline occurred in the food, beverage,

and tobacco (0.58 percent), information, communication,

and financial services (0.20 percent), as well as housing groups,

water, electricity and household fuel (0.12 percent).

• Inflation rate for calendar year (January-July) 2020 Palu City is equal to

0.76 percent and year on year inflation (July 2020 against July

2019) of 1.65 percent.
