Welfare Statistics of Palu Municipality 2023

The overall welfare of society is still the main goal of development in Indonesia, including in the Palu City area. Every government policy and program to improve community welfare requires planning and evaluation of results. Therefore, the Central Statistics Agency as a data provider institution, tries to present data that can be used to monitor the implementation of government policies.People's Welfare is a publication that can describe the level of welfare of the people of Palu City from a social and economic perspective. The indicators presented in this publication include population, health, education, employment, household expenditure consumption, and housing. Palu City BPS collects statistical data on people's welfare through household-based surveys, namely the National Social Economic Survey (SUSENAS) which is carried out periodically every year in March and September. The data presented in this publication comes from the March 2023 SUSENAS results for 570 sample households using the March 2023 SUSENAS KOR and KP questionnaires.
