Abstract

During April 2017, total exports valued at US $ 161.64 million, down US $ 46.74 million or 22.43 percent compared to the previous month. The largest contribution to exports comes from mineral fuel valued at US $ 85.61 million or 52.96 percent of the total export value.
Japan is the main export destination for US $ 75.58 million or 46.76 percent of the total export value.
The Port of Kolonodale plays a role of US $ 85.61 million or 52.96 percent of the total export value. During January-April 2017, the total export value was US $ 646.29 million, through Central Sulawesi amounting to US $ 637.04 million and other provinces amounting to US $ 9.25 million.
Total import value was US $ 90.89 million during April 2017 and US $ 324.15 million during January-April 2017.
