Abstract

Monitoring of 82 cities nationwide CPI, all cities experiencing inflation. The highest inflation was in Pontianak by 1.82 percent, while the lowest inflation occurred in the city of Manokwari 0.09 percent. Palu City experienced inflation of 1.32 percent, ranks second highest inflation Sulampua Region and 20th nationally.
price index increase in spending occurred in the group housing, water, electricity, gas, and fuel (2.75 percent), transport, communications, and financial services (1.88 percent), foodstuffs (1.65 percent), food , beverages, cigarettes and tobacco (0.09 percent), and health (0.01 percent). While the price index decline occurred in the clothing group by 0.04 percent, and education, recreation and sport 0.03 percent.
The inflation rate in the calendar month of January 2017 at 1.32 percent, while inflation year on year (January 2017 to January 2016) Kota Palu amounted to 3.26 percent
