Abstract

During July 2019, total exports were valued at US $ 504.15 million, up US $ 72.96 million or 16.92 percent compared to the previous month.

The biggest contribution to exports came from iron and steel valued at US $ 352.10 million or 69.84 percent percent of the total export value.

India is the main export destination country with a value of US $ 118.20 million or 23.45 percent of the total export value.

The Kolonodale Port plays a role of US $ 358.27 million or 71.06 percent of the total export value.

During January-July 2019, the total export value was recorded at US $ 3,177.37 million, through Central Sulawesi at US $ 3,116.74 million and other provinces at US $ 60.63 million.

The total import value was recorded at US $ 263.67 million during July 2019 and US $ 1,789.05 million during January-July 2019.
