Abstract

During April 2019, total exports worth US $ 405.60 million, down US $ 87.34 million or 17.72 percent compared to the previous month.
The biggest contribution to exports came from iron and steel worth US $ 274.72 million or 67.73 percent of the total export value.
South Korea is the main export destination country worth US $ 115.18 million or 28.40 percent of the total export value.
Kolonodale Port has a role of US $ 276.44 million or 68.16 percent of the total export value.
