Abstract

ITK Central Sulawesi in the fourth quarter of 2016 recorded 103.06 which means that citizens consider the economic performance of the fourth quarter of 2016 was higher than the third quarter of 2016 even though the level of optimism in this quarter was not as high as that recorded the previous quarter with a score of 104.50. Public optimism in the fourth quarter of 2016 is lower than the third quarter of 2016 due to a decline in consumption rate index, where the index was higher in the third quarter of 2016 was influenced moments of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
Another factor influencing the decline in the fourth quarter of 2016 ITK that influence inflation index to total household expenditure whose value dropped from 99.45 into 97.09. Meanwhile, the variable income actually rose from the previous quarter.
