During January 2016, total exports worth US $ 78.90 million, down US $ 21.89 million or 21.72 percent compared to the previous month.

The largest contribution to exports of mineral fuels derived from valued US $ 47.29 million, or 59.94 percent of total export value.
China is the main destination country exports worth US $ 28.82 million or 36.53 percent of total export value.
Port of Luwuk role of US $ 47.30 million, or 59.95 percent of the total the value of exports.

The total value of imports was US $ 3.51 million during January 2016, down to US $ 142.73 million or 97.60 percent compared to the previous month.
