Abstract

Monitoring of 82 cities, 69 cities experienced inflation and 13 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation was in Merauke of 2.35 percent, while the highest deflation occurred in the City of Bandar Lampung 1.02 percent. Palu city experienced inflation of 0.47 percent, ranking 19th nationally and 5th in Sulampua area.
The increase in the price index in the category of food expenditure (2.47 per cent), health (0.26 percent), housing, water, electricity, gas, and fuel (0.14 percent), as well as food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco (0.13 percent). While the decline in the price index occurred in clothing expenditure group (1.25 percent) as well as transportation, communications, and financial services (0.11 percent). Expenditure group education, recreation and sports during November 2015 was relatively stable.
The inflation rate of the calendar year up to November 2015 amounted to 2.16 percent, while the inflation rate year on year (November 2015 to November 2014) by 5.08 percent.
